Atlantic Resource Group, LLC is an employee benefits advisory firm founded in 2004.  We assist employers in developing and managing cost effective health & welfare programs for their employees.

ARG uses a consultative approach to developing client solutions.  Our recommendations are  grounded in a thorough analysis of the issues and directed by each client’s perspectives and business challenges.

About The Founder

Peter Moran is a senior consultant in the employee benefits field and has advised employers on most aspects of workforce benefits for over 30 years.

Peter works as an independent advisor and frequently teams-up with other advisors, actuaries, attorneys, accountants and technology vendors to service the needs of ARG’s clients.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Boston University. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), a designation awarded jointly by the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.

Peter is Co-chairman of the Health Insurance Advisory Committee of Medfield, MA; is a Trustee on Medfield’s Other Post-employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust; and serves on the Steering Committee of the Medfield State Hospital Reuse Cultural Visioning Committee. He and his wife Jill have three grown children and reside in Medfield, MA.
